History[]
Lacking both men and materials the UNSC contracted BXR Mining to take over all vacuum based mining throughout UEG controlled space. BXR Mining Outpost are heavily mechanized and so can easily be manned and operated by older citizen who wouldn't be able to join the UNSC military. Using industrial fusion reactors elements are broken apart into hydrogen for storage and transport, to be put back together into needed elements later.
BXR sub-contracted the Tyches-class Transport Freighter design for transporting the mined materials through secure space.
