The Technique & Jotun Civic Advancement Center or CAC is an orbital structured contracted by the United Nations Space Command.
It excels in the research and improvement of civil technologies that dramatically improve the UNSC's economy, industry, colonization efforts, all in the name of improving humanity's chance to thrive.

History[]
When Jotun Heavy Industries, a major manufacture of farming equipment, and Technique, a small-time electronic manufacturer and distributor, got together to create the Technique & Jotun Civic Advancement Center (or CAC), many in the UEG were dubious of the duos' business venture and their potential to release any significant advancements in their respective fields. These doubts were quickly put to rest when the duo unveiled their first significant breakthrough, a new series of terraforming techniques that allowed for speedier, more efficient, and most importantly cheaper colonizing of planets. In addition to this, the research also widened the potential 'goldilocks zone' for planets, due to improvements in manipulation and control of planetary atmospheres, most notably in the 'Exosphere' and 'Thermosphere' layers. Their contributions have greatly increased the number of potentially colonizable planets humanity may one day inhabit.
Since then, the duo has unveiled many new and exciting technologies, vastly improving the quality of life for the average UEG citizen.
